DESCRIPTION

Learn how to:

• Keep your color clean

• Avoid overworking your paintings

• Compose when painting from life

• Add drama with value, color and edges

• How to take advantage of technology to improve your skills

• How to have more fun while painting!

Pamela’s approach to painting will be demonstrated with focus on creating dramatic compositions and encouraging loose, bold brushwork. We will be painting indoors alternating from working with a live model to experimenting with photo references. Using demonstrations, presentation and incorporating individual attention into the structure of the workshop, Pamela will help to embolden each artist to push themselves to experiment with techniques they might never have tried. Pamela hopes each artist will leave her workshop inspired to continue pursuing their personal artistic growth and striving to focus on experiencing joy in the journey.
